4950 Pacific Avenue - Weberstown Mall along with Weinstock's had it's grand opening in 1966. is the finest shopping center in the San Joaquin Valley. It features four anchor stores, Barnes & Noble, Dillard’s, JC Penney's, and Sears and . It's about a mile east of I-5 and three miles west of State Route 99, .
Weberstown Mall has approximately 860,000 square feet of gross leasable area and is located on the corner of Stockton's busiest business and shopping intersection less than one mile from University of the Pacific and directly across the street from San Joaquin Delta College, which have a combined total of over 20,000 students and faculty. The mall's anchors include the first Dillard's store in California, which opened within the last year, as well as JCPenney and Sears, plus over 60 specialty retailers.

Chipotle - 4940 Pacific Avenue - Founder Steve Ells attended the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, New York. Afterward, he became a line cook for Jeremiah Tower at Stars in San Francisco.[20] There, Ells observed the popularity of the taquerías and San Francisco burritos in the Mission District. In 1993, Ells took what he learned in San Francisco and opened the first Chipotle Mexican Grill in Denver, Colorado, in a former Dolly Madison Ice Cream store - Chipotle offers a focused menu of burritos, tacos, burrito bowls, and salads made from fresh, high-quality raw ingredients, prepared using classic cooking methods and served in a distinctive atmosphere. Customers can create endless options with their choice of meats – steak, chicken, barbacoa, or carnitas – and veggies, as well as cilantro-lime rice, black or pinto beans, four house-made salsas, fresh guacamole, 100 percent real cheese, sour cream, and shredded lettuce. Delicious extras include homemade tortilla chips and ice cold soft drinks.

The Weberstown subdivision was built before the Weberstown Shopping Center. Bianchi Road was on the levee when it crossed Pacific Avenue. This was more likely across from where Pacific Car Wash is now. and it would be north of Bianchi.

Weinstock's closed it's doors in 1996, 30 years after it first opened - Weinstock's was an American department store headquartered in Sacramento, California. The store was purchased by The Broadway in 1992, and later purchased by Federated Department Stores (now Macy's, Inc.) in 1995. Shortly after the purchase, most of the Weinstock's stores were converted to Macy's, while the remaining stores were either closed or sold. Photos by Floyd Perry Jr.
