Stockton Brookside Community Information

The Stockton Brookside Community is just West of Interstate 5, Stockton Brookside is surrounded by the farmland (click on the photo at right) of the California Central Valley Ca. Brookside's luxurious gated communities offer security and a distinct and class charm for over 21,000 residents. Brookside residents take advantage of all of the city amenities of Stockton while having their serene, gated enclosed community as haven.

Brookside real estate options include single-family detached homes, estate properties and some commercial development along I-5 . it also includes a golf course and a man made lake. Brookside, located in the City of Stockton Ca, is an elite residential community comprised of exclusive, planned, gated neighborhoods. Homeowners enjoy resort-style facilities, championship golf, country club(Brookside Country Club Entrance Photo) and a beautiful neighborhood park, as well as close proximity to the city shopping, dining and business services of Stockton.  Stockton is situated in Northern California within San Joaquin County, 83 miles east of San Francisco by and 40 miles south of Sacramento. Stockton is served by major roadways, including Interstate 5 and State Routes 4, 99 and 88.

Airport:

The nearest airport is Stockton Metropolitan Airport, located on county land just south of city limits. The airport has been designated a Foreign Trade Zone and is mainly used by manufacturing and agricultural companies for shipping purposes. Since airline deregulation, passenger service has come and gone several times. Most recently, domestic service resumed in June 2006 with service to Las Vegas by Allegiant Air, and the days of service/number of flights were expanded a few months later due to demand. Also in 2006, Aeromexico had planned to provide service to and from Guadalajara, Mexico, but the airport's plan to build a customs station at the airport was initially rejected by the customs service. However, the possibility of building this station is currently a continuing matter of negotiation between the airport and the customs service, and Aeromexico has indicated a continuing interest in eventually providing service. Ground transportation is available from Hertz, Enterprise, Yellow Cab and Aurora Limousine. Air service to Phoenix began in September 2007.

Climate:

Brookside weather is temperate, with warm dry days and cool nights in the summer. Winter is usually mild with rare freezing temperatures. Some light rain falls during the winter months. The Brookside weather mild winters and warm summers.  The average annual rainfall is 13.95 inches per year with the typical annual precipitation is 13.95 inches per year. The average temperature is 63 degrees F. with average winter temperatures of 45.2 degrees F while he average spring temperature is 59.0 degrees F, with the average summer temperature is 78.0 degrees F and the typical fall temperatures average 64.6 degrees F.

General information on Homeowner Associations and a List of Stockton Homeowner Associations  There actually two Brookside homeowners associations. They were incorporated by the developer prior to the initial sale of homes, and the Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) are recorded when the property is subdivided. When a homeowner purchases a home governed by an the Brookside HOA, he signs his agreement to the CC&Rs. If he sells the land/ home, he ceases to be a member of the association and the new owner becomes a member. All members must pay assessments and abide by the restrictions of the association
