After years with a large national franchise company; after years of spending tens of thousands of dollars of their own money on various marketing programs; after years of being top producers respected in the real estate industry, owners Gene and Donna have eliminated all the fluff. They have slashed expenses, slashed fees, gone back to basics in marketing, told their clients the straight facts and have encouraged other service related companies to slash their fees and join their team in an all out effort to offer the absolute best bundle of services at the lowest possible price. Gene Wright entered the Real Estate profession in 1962- was highly successful within the first two years. Donna entered the profession 12 years later in 1974. In 1976 they opened Wright, Realtors with 3 agents at the corner of Pershing and Rosemarie. By 1978 the company had expanded to 20 agents and moved to a complex farther north on Pershing. In 1982 Gene and Donna acquired a Century 21 franchise. In 1984 the company had grown to a larger space in a shopping center on Pacific Avenue with 30 agents. In 1993 the company merged with another Century 21 Office with a combined total of than 100 agents in two offices. That first year they won the coveted Century 21 Centurion Award and Century 21 Medallion Office Award. Two years later Gene and Donna divested themselves of their agents when they acquired the management broker position for the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs for San Joaquin County. This involved managing and selling VA owned properties. They have also continued with listing and selling residential real estate for individual clients.

Gene holds a Certificate in Real Estate from San Joaquin Delta College, is a multiple year Masters Club recipient, a past top ten MLS recipient, past Century 21 Council President, past Century 21 Relocation Director, past Century 21 council director, past Central Valley Association of Realtors Director, Past Local Association of Realtors Vice president, Past MLS Chair, taught Association New Agent Orientation, ran his own Real Estate licensing School for over ten years, and is very active in real estate relocation work.

In addition to all of this, Gene and Donna have acquired, renovated and sold numerous residential properties for their own account over the years.

Gene has combined his computer hobby with the real estate business, acquiring his first computer in 1976 (it had two single sided floppy drives and 48k of memory, no hard drive). Today Gene continues with his computer hobby (This web site was developed entirely by Gene).

Gene and Donna prefer the more personal one on one contact with their customers.

Gene and Donna have two daughters, and four grandchildren, one daughter is CPA in Fresno, the other daughter a Special Education teacher with the Lodi Unified School District.
