It is situated in a portion of Hennepin County, Minnesota, within 10 miles of both downtown Minneapolis and Saint Paul. MSP is the largest and busiest airport in the six-state Upper Midwest region of Iowa, Minnesota, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wisconsin
MSP is one of the busiest airports in Minnesota. It serves nearly 35 million passengers a year. The airport is a haven for technology fans who need to stay connected. The airport has a power connection with all the technical amenities that a traveling businessman would need. Apart from that, the airport has ATMs, money exchange counters, lockers and wireless internet in certain halls, many shops, restaurants and playgrounds for children. Duluth International Airport(DLH) is a city-owned, public-use joint civil-military airport situated five nautical miles northwest of the central business district of Duluth, a city in Saint Louis County, Minnesota, DLH serves the Twin Ports area, including Superior, Wisconsin. Typically used for general aviation but also served by three airlines, it is Minnesota's third-busiest airport, behind Minneapolis–St. Paul International Airport (MSP) and Rochester International Airport (RST). Although situated within Duluth city limits, under Minnesota state law the land on which the airport sits is not part of any city or school district.
The airport includes 3,020 acres at an elevation of 1,428 feet above mean sea level. There are two runways: 9/27 is 10,162 by 150 feet with a concrete surface and 3/21 is 5,719 by 150 feet with an asphalt surface.

Rochester International Airport(RST) is a nonhub primary airport situated seven miles southwest of the central business district of Rochester, a city in Olmsted County, Minnesota. RST is the second busiest airport in Minnesota. It was formally called "Rochester Municipal Airport", which was its name before adding customs and immigration facilities mostly for Mayo Clinic use. The airport includes 2,400 acres with two runways: a 9,034 ft × 150 ft concrete primary runway (13–31) and a 7,301 ft × 150 ft concrete secondary runway (2-20).
Rochester Aviation is the general aviation terminal at the airport. It is owned and operated by Hiawatha Aviation, Inc. The terminal offers line services, refueling services, and caters mostly to business aviation. The ownership of Rochester Aviation was passed onto Regent Aviation of St. Paul in April of 2006.. In November 2007, Regent Aviation in turn sold its ownership interest in Rochester's general aviation terminal to Signature Flight Support, a worldwide fixed-base operations provider

Falls International Airport(INL) is a public use city-owned airport situated in International Falls, a city in Koochiching County, Minnesota. It is primarily used for general aviation but is also served by one commercial airline (Delta Connection) with service to Minneapolis / Saint Paul with the scheduled passenger service subsidized by the Essential Air Service program.
The airport includes 681 acres at an elevation of 1,185 feet above mean sea level. There are two asphalt paved runways: 13/31 is 7,400 by 150 feet and 4/22 is 2,999 by 75 feet
