Website Listing Changes

The MLS made some changes that allowed us to:

1. Sort by Bank Repos only
2. Have an option to exclude Short Sales. Hooray!

Our website has over 1,600 pages,  The web site is still the same. The only page with any major changes is the Bank Repo Page.  We were spending 2 hours per day, 7 days per week (that's 60 hours a month) just maintaining this page and the ten bank repo insert pages and it was only current once a day. With the fast market we are now in, this was unacceptable. All listings are now updated automatically hourly 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

All the other MLS pages have always been here. We did tweak them with more zip code searches and added options to search other types of real estate, duplexes, triplexes, apartments, land, commercial and mobile homes

If you want bank repos only , go to the Bank Repo page and select a zip code - or go the Search MLS page and select a zip code.

Unfortunately Spanos Park is split over two zip codes, 95209 and 95210, The MLS will not let us search by Spanos Park only. I felt this was a major loss, but could not continue to spend so much time maintaining the pages and neglect other needed work (Besides you can now see them as they are listed)..
