Choose from one of the menus on the Listings Selection or the Bank Repos Section - These menus exist on all
zip code pages, Stockton community pages and all San Joaquin City Pages. We have made it easy for you by
pre-selecting REO properties by zip code and pre-selecting MLS listings without short sales. If you would
like to create your own selections, just follow the steps below. Need help, feel free to call 209-951-7521.
From one of the menus on the Listings Selection or the Bank Repos Section:
- Choose Create My Own Search
- At the map check San Joaquin County
- Click Continue
- Select Residential, Land, Multifamily or Commercial (Default is
Residential)
- Select Price, Bedrooms, etc.
- Check Property Type (Important to keep list under 200 Property Maximum Limit)
- For Bank Repos check REO / Bank Owned Property (Do not check other boxes in this
section)
- For MLS Listings (Do not check REO / Bank Owned or Active short sale box to
avoid short sales
- Under San Joaquin County check zip code or zip codes (remember the 200
property limit)
- Check number of listings per page, 5, 10 or 25
- Choose Search Now on the left for properties list
- Choose Search Now on the right for a mapped property list
If You only want a property
address skip all of the above and go to the bottom of the selection page, just
type in a street name and click Search - See Samples Below
